ArcoLinux is a Linux distribution based on Arch Linux. The project's goal is to empower Linux users. 2000+ Youtube tutorials place a strong focus on learning and acquiring Linux skills. You can choose between 26 isos and 22 desktops. ArcoLinuxL is the flagship with Xfce4 and many amazing Linux applications. ArcoLinuxS is the same as ArcoLinuxL without the Linux applications. ArcoLinuxD is the most bare iso. No desktops and no applications. During the Calamares installer you select what you want to install or not. ArcoLinuxB project is where you can build your own personal iso. With a script, you can create your own personal ISO or you can download them pre-build. ArcoLinuxB ISOS are always minimal. A few applications are present. More info here.
The development takes places in three branches - ArcoLinux, ArcoLinuxD and ArcoLinuxB. ArcoLinuxD is a minimal distribution that includes scripts that enable power users to install any desktop and application. ArcoLinuxB is a project that gives users the power to build custom distributions, while also developing several community editions with pre-configured desktops, such as Awesome, bspwm, Budgie, Cinnamon, Deepin, GNOME, MATE, KDE Plasma, and many more.
New Feature: Hybrid Torrents
Hybrid torrents support the BitTorrent V1 and V2 protocol. Its support is not well spread out yet so we recommend that you still use v1 (aka the "torrent" column).
