Key Features

SuperTuxKart's gameplay is a cross between Mario Kart and Diddy Kong Racing (Nintendo 64). Overtime it became more distinctive and made a name of its own. The characters are open-source mascots and each game is refereed by Mozilla Thunderbird's mascot. The game can be played in single player, local multiplayer and networked multiplayer (since version 0.9.2).

The game offers several race modes

Story Mode/Challenges: Win races and time trial; unlocks karts and tracks.
